What we're looking for:

We accept photography, art, poetry, short stories, fiction, and creative nonfiction.

Authenticity

The work that you submit should be your own. We will not accept copyrighted work or plagiarism. The Makeshift Review publishes the best Cornerstone's students have to offer, so creativity is key.

Content

The Makeshift Review is a Christian literary journal. Therefore, we expect your work to uphold Cornerstone's moral policies and beliefs, and honor our shared faith. Profanity, vulgar language and images, and any other inappropriate content that does not reflect our Christian beliefs will be rejected.
