Thy mystery call my curiosity,

Thy unknown to my desire.

New worlds lay round riverbends,

Adventures down country roads.

New sights acrest every hill

And lands where the dusk sun glow.

For rivers flow bend to bend,

End to not be found.

No man has enough years

To see what lay each bend around.
