The English Society is a modest coalition of students and professors in the humanities division at Cornerstone University. Creative and professional writers, publishers, editors, bibliophiles, and poets form our ranks and creativity is the backbone of our vocation. 

We created the Makeshift Review so we could share our work with each other and the Cornerstone community.
